It's insurance so it's a thing we pay lots of money to and hope we don't actually use, and if you do use it, they will charge more money in many cases. "Insurance is a product we purchase but hope to not use. Unfortunately, accidents do happen and when they do it's nice to have a good insurance company to rely on. In the recent past, someone crashed into my Jeep. Fortunately, injuries were minimal although the other driver's car, my Rubicon, and a third car were all totaled in the process. State Farm provided great service in dealing with the claim that was filed. Chardé with Rocco English was especially helpful in providing the contacts that I needed to process the claim and was very attentive and empathic every step along the way. I've had the misfortune of having to deal with other insurance companies besides State Farm in the past who were not nearly as helpful and did everything possible to not own up to their responsibilities.
